We offer private outdoor Qi Gong health and wellness classes and virtual sessions specific to your health needs and all skill levels. We can customize a program for you or do deep inner work through breath, acupressure points and self-awareness to have profound shifts on our being. All virtual classes come with a recording available for 3 weeks. This is convenient if you can’t make the class time and an easy way to retake the class multiple times.
TCM, Traditional Chinese Medicine is an ancient system of health and wellness that has been around in China for thousands of years. It is a medicine for over all well-being of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. TCM works with energy pathways or meridians.
According to TCM theory, disease happens when there is a block in the circulation or energy pathways. These blocks can be from a physical trauma, lifestyle choices, blocked emotions or negative thoughts.
There are many branches of TCM. They include acupuncture, Qi Gong, cupping, moxibustion, herbs, massage, diet and meditation.
Qi Gong is a branch of Chinese medicine which incorporates slow breathing, meditation, movement and mindfulness to promote wellness of one’s body, mind and spirit.
